Permanent RNA/RGN or RMN/RNMH required – Crewe, Cheshire (Midlands UK)
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a full time RGN/RMN in friendly, genuinely caring,
family run nursing home in Crewe. The home provides nursing care for elderly and mentally infirm
service users, and has an excellent reputation for understanding and successfully working with
clients who have specialist complex care needs.
Successful candidates must possess relevant experience of employment in a nursing home
environment, have integrity and be of good character. You will also hold proof of a current NMC
registration along with proof of eligibility to work unrestricted in the UK and have their own
transportation.
Duties are to promote and oversee professional, Clinical, administrative and care planning within the
home in accordance of current CQC requirements.
Candidates will be required to deliver high standards of care, which include working closely with the
residents, dispensing medication and reviewing care plans. Successful applicants will be required to
have an enhanced CRB disclosure carried out, the cost of this will be met by employer.
This role offers an excellent salary of £25,000 to £28,000 along with 6.6 weeks annual leave per year.
Hours are worked on a rolling rota over 2 weeks and include night shifts.
